Cell Types

Sub-A, T-BR & Portable

Sub-A Inline Cells

Complete line of inline (cell-to-cell) flotation cells. Sub-aeration mechanism with self-inducing air. Molded urethane impellers and diffusers for long wear life.

  • No. 5, 7, 8, 15, and 18 sizes
  • 1–16 cells per bank
  • Self-inducing air mechanism
  • Adjustable weirs and sand reliefs
11-cell No. 7 Sub-A flotation bank

T-BR Commercial Cells

Top and Bottom Recirculation mechanism — a large volume, low pressure design. Air mixed with slurry is drawn through a full 360-degree throat area for superior recovery.

  • No. 24/50, 30/100, and 50/180 sizes
  • Up to 1,000 tons/day capacity
  • Polyurethane wearing parts
  • Single cap-screw impeller connection

Individual & Portable Cells

Individual cells interconnected with flexible hoses, or self-contained portable units on locking casters. Ideal for batch testing or flexible circuit configurations.

  • No. 5, 7, and 8 sizes
  • Batch or continuous operation
  • Portable with manual winch
  • Available in SS 316, rubber, or urethane lined
Single No. 8 portable flotation cell on casters
